Terms of Service

Welcome to OLYMPUS. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the OLYMPUS platform, including our website, APIs, dashboards, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using OLYMPUS, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Definitions

  • "OLYMPUS," "we," "us," "our" refers to OLYMPUS Technologies Pvt. Ltd., a company incorporated under the laws of India.
  • "User," "you," "your" refers to any individual or entity that accesses or uses the Service.
  • "Platform" refers to the OLYMPUS web application, dashboard, API endpoints, and all associated tools.
  • "Ad Account Data" refers to data retrieved from your connected Facebook Ads, Shopify, and other third-party accounts.

2. Account Registration

To use OLYMPUS, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Free Trial & Subscriptions

3.1 Free Trial

OLYMPUS offers a 7-day free trial for all plans. No credit card is required to begin your trial. Upon expiration of the trial, your account will retain True ROAS monitoring and daily reports unless you subscribe to a paid plan.

3.2 Paid Subscriptions

Subscriptions are billed monthly in Indian Rupees (INR). Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST). By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

3.3 Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the dashboard billing settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access through the end of your current billing period. Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis for the current billing period only, at our sole discretion.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable advertising regulations
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service
  • Interfere with, disrupt, or place an undue burden on the Service or its infrastructure
  • Use the Service to transmit malicious code, spam, or fraudulent content
  • Resell, sublicense, or provide the Service to third parties without written consent
  • Violate Facebook's Advertising Policies, Shopify's Terms of Service, or any connected platform's terms

5. Third-Party Integrations

OLYMPUS integrates with third-party platforms including Facebook (Meta) Ads, Shopify, and Google Analytics. Your use of these integrations is also governed by the respective platforms' terms of service and privacy policies. OLYMPUS is not responsible for changes, interruptions, or data accuracy issues originating from third-party platforms.

6. AI-Powered Decisions

6.1 Autonomous Actions

OLYMPUS may autonomously adjust campaign budgets, pause or enable ad sets, modify bids, and take other optimization actions based on your configured rules and AI analysis. By activating autonomous mode, you acknowledge and accept that the AI will make these changes in real time.

6.2 No Guarantee of Results

While OLYMPUS uses advanced AI to optimize your advertising performance, we do not guarantee specific results, returns, or outcomes. Advertising performance is influenced by market conditions, competition, creative quality, and numerous other external factors beyond our control.

6.3 Supervised Mode

Users may opt for supervised mode, where the AI recommends actions but requires manual approval before execution. We recommend starting in supervised mode to familiarize yourself with the system.

7. Data Ownership & Usage

7.1 Your Data

You retain full ownership of your Ad Account Data. OLYMPUS accesses your data solely to provide the Service and does not sell your data to third parties.

7.2 Aggregated Data

We may use anonymized, aggregated data (which cannot identify individual users or businesses) to improve our algorithms, generate benchmarks, and enhance the Service.

7.3 Data Retention

Upon account deletion, your data will be permanently removed from our systems within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, algorithms, AI models, documentation, and branding, is the exclusive intellectual property of OLYMPUS Technologies Pvt. Ltd. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OLYMPUS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, lost profits, or loss of data, arising from or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to OLYMPUS in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OLYMPUS, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party platform outages, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
